Last update: 09/29/2022.
In the darkness of his tent, Grisniak meditated. The long-awaited day had finally arrived. After several months of training, he felt ready.
He had called on the best shamans to heal his wounds. He had paid - dearly - for assassins to train him in their best evasion techniques.
He had traveled the Crimson Forest for several weeks to find and capture the most impressive of wolves. Yes, he felt ready.
He was going to be able to take his revenge. The patch over his eye reminded him every day of the result of his previous race.

Victory was all but guaranteed. Blackfang, his wolf, was quick and agile. They had spent the entire competition dodging their opponents'
attacks, as well as traps and other obstacles in their way. Grisniak had even managed to stab an elf atop his stupid unicorn. Neither of
them had paid him the slightest attention until then. He had always known that the arrogance of the elves would be their downfall.
Victory was therefore promised to him. The crowd had been screaming his name for several laps. He only had to hold out a few more seconds
and the victory – the gold – would be his.
But suddenly, everything changed. In an instant, the sky darkened and thunder rumbled. Tearing the sky like his dagger had torn the elf's skin
only minutes before, lightning slammed into him. The shock was violent, the pain intense. Grisniak and Blackfang were lifted from the ground and
thrown several meters back. The wolf fell heavily to the ground, partially burned. As for the goblin, it lands at Grok's feet. This stupid orc had
been participating in the test for several years but had never been able to understand its purpose. This race was no exception to the rule: he had
not completed a single lap, contenting himself with fighting with all the competitors who passed nearby. He had found support with the dwarf, and
the two fighters (as well as their mounts) had spent most of their time tearing themselves apart without advancing. Grisniak had known how to avoid
them perfectly. Until this flash. Grok had just got rid of the dwarf who was lying behind him, unconscious. Without a rider, the bear was now chasing
the elf who was doing his best to escape his grasp. He was now looking for another prey. And Orke, the god of the orcs, seemed to be with him: the
goblin was thrown at his feet, defenseless. Screaming with joy, the orc dismounted and swung his ax with all his might towards the head of the frail creature.
But Grisniak had spent his life surrounded by orcs, learning to dodge their blows. With a burst of lucidity, gathering the last of his strength,
the goblin managed to jump to the side and avoid his opponent's ax... partially, at least. The blade slashed his forehead, gouged out his right
eye and shattered his jaw. Grisniak fainted to the screams of the crowd that was now chanting the orc's name.
He woke up several hours later, on one of the beds in the Fantasy Racing infirmary. He learned that the orc had been declared the winner
and that he himself had finished in second place. But second or sixth, there was no difference. The gold was only for the winner. He swore
to himself then and there to make a comeback in the next race, to take revenge on the orc and that stupid human – he later learned that
he was the one who had triggered the lightning – and to finally finish in first place. He wanted the gold, and he would have it.
When the trumpets announced the call of the contestants, Grisniak emerged from his tent and rode to the arena with Redfang, his new mount.
The sun was shining in the sky, and the heat was stifling. An advantage for him, as even the most imposing of his opponents would have
difficulty keeping pace. Grisniak positioned himself on the starting line. He looked at his adversaries for the day: the orc responsible
for his lost eye, atop a boar; a human on a horse who already seemed out of breath; an elf on a unicorn who already looked haughty; and a man-beast,
on a beast. He checked once again the contents of the bag he slung over his shoulder: the trap he had stolen from the stocks was there.
Grisniak smiled. The race was about to begin...

After reading the basic rules, you can also discover the rules for team playhere.
The interface
Don’t let the game’s interface stay a mystery – learn more about the interface here.
Try the Game
Now that the rules and the game interface are no longer a mystery, want to try it out? Great idea! 🧙♂️
You can download the latest version of the game from the link available at the bottom of the page (click here).
Once the game is installed:
Click "Start a local game" from the homepage to start a game on the same board and with the same characters as the game I present in the explanatory
videos above. Since this is a local game, you play all the characters one after the other. This is definitely the best way to get familiar with the game and its interface 🧐
You can also create an account in order to be able to play online: click on "Create an account" then fill in a nickname, an email
address and a password; finally, indicate your gender (this is only for the commentators Jim & Bob to address you using the correct gender).
Once registered you can connect by clicking on "Connect" (even if you have not yet confirmed your e-mail) and once connected you can either
contact me so that I can create a welcome game, or create yourself by clicking on "Create" then "Random board".
You then have to define the rules of the game and click on "Create the game".
